It was incorporated in October of 2001 and has a registered head office located in Madrid, Spain. The company is also engaged in dismantling automobiles for scrap. It collects waste materials including paper and cardboard, yard trimmings, metals and plastics, and other waste. In addition to collection, it also operates the sorting and recycling services that help to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills. It is active in the wholesale distribution of a wide variety of materials including bags and bottles, fur cuttings and scraps, nonferrous metal wastes and scraps, and rubber scraps.
